How come every programming tutorial or book out there uses deprecated code, then?

Even the Rails scaffolding uses bold instead of strong.

Frustrating.

Great video!! DIV are great specialy when it comes to layouts. But I’m just not sure if tables can always be replaced with DIV’s and/or if divs are the replacement to grid tables?
